DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

At ACES DOWN clothing, we appreciate the importance of speedy delivery. That is why we pride ourselves on using strictly the best service providers to ensure our products arrive safely and on time for you.

 

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

  • UK – Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (2-3 next working days) * FREE
  • UK – Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (1-2 next working days) * 2.50
  • Europe – DPD (3-4 working days)
  • International – DPD (3-4 working days)

     

    RECEIPT AND SIGNATURE

    All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address and signed for. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service providers will leave a card at the address with instructions on how you may collect your product. These instructions include a time limit for collection.

    RETURNS

    We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. This 14 day returns policy applies to all our customers in the UK.

    You are entitled to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, when we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product, the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. The following products may not be returned under this policy: Goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in anyway.

    Please note sale items or orders that have a discount code applied are not accepted for refunds/returns/exchanges.

    You must send your product back using a recorded or signed for delivery service.

    When returning a item for a refund there will be a fixed £1.99 charge taken off the refund amount due to postage and processing fees.

    REFUNDS

    We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the returns policy. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, payment within 5-10 days following the day we received the returned product.
